Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Affiliate Program
A. Affiliate Onboarding Process
- 1. Application Submission
- Affiliate fills out the Affiliate Signup Form
- LGSworx reviews the application within 3 business days.
- 2. Approval & Account Setup
- Approved affiliates receive:
- Unique tracking link/coupon code
- Access to the Affiliate Dashboard
- Marketing materials (banners, email templates, social media posts)
- 3. Promotion & Referrals
- Affiliates promote LGSworx services via:
- Blogs, websites, social media
- Email marketing
- Direct referrals (contractors, architects, developers)
- 4. Commission Tracking & Payouts
- Commissions are tracked via referral links/codes.
- Payouts are processed monthly (minimum threshold: $100).
- Payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Wise.
